Whether you have a question about The Summit, partnership opportunities, or how to get involved, our team is here to help. Complete the form below and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

We’d love to hear from you.

  • You simply need to get to our chosen hotel, Intercontinental Mark Hopkins in San Francisco, ideally on the Saturday afternoon so you have time to adjust to the time zone and meet the group before the business programme starts on Monday. The programme completes at lunchtime on Friday, so you can book your return flights from mid-afternoon onwards. If you share your flight details with us, we can co-ordinate group transfers to the airport where practical.

  • We take care of all other logistics and main meals throughout the week. Each day, we transport the group to and from the executive briefing centre of our event partners. For meetings in the City delegates often choose to walk to the venue, but of course, we will provide a taxi for delegates if required. Breakfast is eaten in the hotel each morning, Lunch is provided by one of our hosts, and Dinner in the evening is taken as a group. This is typically within walking distance of the hotel, where we reflect on the day's insights and continue conversations with a selection of presenters from the day's agenda.

  • We simply ask delegates to engage with the intent of following up when something resonates for you and your business. This helps us ensure we create mutual value for delegates and the ecosystem, and that we continue to attract the best delegation and partners to our events. We will use the morning session on the Friday at the end of the week to discuss your priorities for follow-up engagement.

  • Yes. We will create an action plan at the end of the event and help facilitate follow-up activities where we can add value. You are of course free to contact presenters and start-ups directly, but we ask to be kept informed so we can track the value generated from the event and help us continue to learn and improve our services.

  • We will sit with each delegate team to perform a retrospective on the event before we depart, which includes delegate feedback, follow-up questions and a bespoke action plan. We also release a full report from the event to delegates shortly after to provide a journal of the experience and help record key insights for you to share within your organisation. Wherever possible, we will provide copies of any presentations from VCs and portfolio companies as quickly as we can, during the week or on return.
