Overview​

UFORCE is a London-based defence-technology company, born in Ukraine, building combat-proven platforms: USVs, UAVs and ground vehicles, with agnostic C2 software. It makes the Magura, the first USV to sink a warship, with UK manufacturing and a British Army contract. It is the first joint UK-Ukrainian defense-tech unicorn, valued at over $1 billion.​

Key Technology Insights​

UFORCE builds attritable autonomous vehicles across sea, air and land, linked by agnostic C2 software that tracks and prosecutes targets from fused sensor feeds. Its reusable Nemesis UAV costs ~$500 per kill, with a non-Chinese supply chain, and is combat-proven over three years.

Industry Application​

Maritime strike is most mature, led by the Magura, the first USV to sink a warship, with a dozen vessels hit and jets downed via AIM-9. Nemesis UAVs add strike, resupply and ISR. Allied adoption is taking place: in testing US forces sank a target ship in the Philippines.
